Had horrible check in as they said to call and was put on hold for 7 minutes. Guy had my name wrong. Another guy gets on phone and nice and said someone there in 3 minutes. Guy named Cesar arrives with major attitude and points to address of their office and said only 5 minutes away. He was rude and I had to tell him to drop the attitude, never had this type...
