The room had no hot water and heating when we checked in. Next morning we informed the receptionist and he said it will fix it in one hour. In the evening it was still not working. Receptionist came and tried to fix it and then told us it will be fixed probably tomorrow. We insist to be moved to other room, and got one next door. This room had black mold o...
