The refrigerator wasn't working. I notified the manager. He immediately came to check it out, brought ice, and fixed the problem. Great service. Easy checkin and checkout. There was a lamp not working, and and outlet not working, so I just used a different lamp and outlet.

Everything was clean and functional, but there were three items in the room that needed maintenance, including a cracked sink that was repaired with duct tape. Personally I am forgiving of those minor things because I know motels have suffered in the pandemic and this is a budget motel.
