Generally, while the hotel is not upscale as I would like, it was an affordable and comfortable stay. The major issue for me was location. It would be helpful if, in the future, support staff could be knowledgeable of nearby places (e.g., Starbucks, grocery store) where its customers could go when it's limited options for food and drinks do not suffice.
