Un très bon accueil , une localisation centralisée (vieille ville, commerce,restaurants, bars ,port, bus), des fonctionnalités de l'appartement réelles ( équipement , espace , terrasse) mais plus de soin sur la qualité de l'éclairage serait appréciable (par exemple en remplaçant par des ampoules à lumière chaude 2700 K au lieu de celles présentes d'un blanc...
