I was greeted coming through the door by 2 employees who you could tell liked working at the Mansion. I had a problem with my card when they tried to process a security deposit for my dog . I had already purchased the room through Misterbnb. The Gentleman who was seated at the desk had 2 ways he could have handled this situation I confronted him with .. say ...
