Set within a gated community in Ellijay, Georgia, the property blends indoor comfort with genuine mountain access: a community river park, scenic trails, and forested surroundings greet you the moment you arrive. Unload the cars, breathe the cooler mountain air, and let the week slow down to a pace that feels earned.

Living space The main level opens into a vaulted great room anchored by a stone fireplace and flooded with natural light. The layout flows easily between the living room, a large dining area, and a full kitchen outfitted with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a blender, wine glasses, and every cooking essential you'd need for a full group meal. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected, and the deck off the main level gives you a natural place to unwind with mountain views and outdoor furniture.

Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps 14 guests across five bedrooms and 9 beds. On the main level, the primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and dual vanities. Two additional queen bedrooms and a second full bathroom round out the upper floor. The lower level adds two more queen bedrooms and a third full bathroom. A bonus room is set up for the kids or extra guests with bunk beds and its own TV - no squabbling over screen time.

Lower level & extras Downstairs, a second living area with a wet bar and full-size refrigerator gives larger groups room to spread out without crowding the main floor. It's a natural hangout space - whether that means a late-night card game, a movie night for the younger crew, or simply a quieter corner for guests who want it.

Kitchen & dining The kitchen is well-equipped for group cooking: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and dining basics. Initial supplies are provided - dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, paper towels, and kitchen towels among them. For longer stays, you'll want to restock essentials as needed.

Outdoor & community The deck is the natural gathering point after a day out, with outdoor furniture and a backyard. Beyond the property itself, the gated High River community offers a private lake and a riverside park - open space to wade in, fish from, or simply sit near.
