The resort reopened in December 2025 after a complete renovation, and the fresh finishes throughout the apartment reflect that. The space The studio is thoughtfully arranged to feel comfortable for up to four guests. Two large custom-sized beds are the centerpiece of the sleeping area, dressed in quality linens with room-darkening shades to help you sleep in. Extra pillows and blankets, hangers, a safe, and an iron are all on hand for a stay that covers the basics without you having to think about them.

Work & entertainment A dedicated desk space gives you a proper place to plan your days or catch up on anything that can't wait. The flat-screen TV has streaming options ready to go, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Kitchen & dining The kitchenette is equipped for light meal prep - a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. For morning coffee, you have your choice between a Nespresso machine and a Keurig. A toaster rounds out the setup.

Resort amenities Access to the Ritz-Carlton's amenities is one of the real draws here. Guests have full use of the shared pool (available year-round), a shared hot tub, and the shared gym. Direct beach access is steps away. The property also includes free on-site parking - a genuine rarity in the Miami area - plus an EV charger, elevator access, and 24-hour building staff.
