This apartment is located in a central and active area, close to restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and local attractions. The location is great for guests who want easy access to the city, but please keep in mind that some normal urban noise may be present, especially during evenings, weekends, or nearby building improvements.

Puerto Rico may occasionally experience temporary utility interruptions, including power outages, due to island-wide infrastructure or service provider issues outside our control. If this happens, WiFi, A/C, or other services may take a short time to fully restart once power is restored. Our team will always do its best to provide updates and assist when possible.

For safety, maintenance, or urgent repairs, reasonable access to the apartment may be required during your stay. We will notify you in advance whenever possible and coordinate access to minimize any disruption.

Access to the building is through a black gated entrance with a keypad. Once inside, take the stairs to the second floor, where the apartment is located. Please note that the elevator is currently out of service, so guests must use the stairs.

Cleanliness & Arrival Condition

The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival.

If anything does not meet expectations upon check-in, please report it through the platform messaging system as soon as possible and include photos or videos when appropriate. This allows our team to review and correct the issue promptly.
