As with any island destination, temporary utility interruptions can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. In the rare event of a service interruption, amenities such as WiFi or air conditioning may require a short time to fully resume once service is restored. Our team will always do its best to assist and provide updates when needed. The building entrance is secured by a black gate with a keypad for guest access. Once inside, take the stairs to the third floor, where the apartment is located. Please note that the elevator is currently out of service.

3. Appliances & Equipment

The property is inspected and maintained regularly. However, appliances or equipment may occasionally be affected by normal use, voltage fluctuations, maintenance needs, or utility interruptions.

If any appliance or equipment issue occurs, guests must notify us through the platform messaging system as soon as the issue is discovered so our team can verify the situation and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

4. Cleanliness & Arrival Condition

The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival.

If anything does not meet expectations upon check-in, please contact us through the platform messaging system as soon as possible and provide photos or videos when appropriate. This allows our team to review the concern and correct the issue promptly.

Concerns reported only after checkout may limit our ability to properly verify or resolve the matter.

5. Towels, Linens & Sustainability

The property is prepared with towels and linens according to the reservation details.

Additional towels or linens are not automatically provided unless previously approved. We also encourage responsible use of water, electricity, and household resources as part of our sustainability efforts.

6. Communication During Your Stay

For quality assurance and proper documentation, all guest communication must take place through the platform messaging system.

Our team does not provide support by phone calls. Using the messaging system allows all requests, updates, and resolutions to be properly documented and available if further review is needed.

7. Maintenance Access

If maintenance, repairs, inspections, or safety-related access is required during your stay, guests agree to allow reasonable access to the property.

Whenever possible, we will provide advance notice and coordinate access in a way that minimizes disruption.

8. Reporting Concerns
