Lovely nonsmoking 5th-floor studio apartment, bright sunny mornings, partial corner ocean view, fully furnished, the kitchen is equipped with all the basics. Inverter A/C, queen sofa, rollup curtains, great for people who don't want to wait for the elevators. The bathroom has a rain showerhead, kitchen cabinets are soft-touch closing. Coin laundry ($3.00) and Gym are located on the 2nd floor. Security guards 24/7 and a pool are located on the 1st floor. The "Pop Art" Nuns of Guevarez are from a local artist.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Jeff's place. We were thoroughly prepared for what to expect and all the logistics. The communication was top drawer. The unit itself is so convenient to the beach. It is equipped with a small kitchen that was well equipped. The shower had great water pressure. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby and a well supplied grocery store right next door. We recommend Carlos and Jeff's place without reservation.

The Fun Studio was amazing. The studio has very floor to ceiling windows with lots of light. Perfect: comfortable kingsize bed, great shower, great A/C, great WIFI. The kitchen has all you need in terms of appliances and cooking utensils. Attention to detail is great (for example, spare batteries is a drawer...). The location, 3 minutes walk to the beach, is right in the middle of action. The building has a great pool. Carlos has been above helpful with tips on restaurants and events.

I had a fantastic stay at Carlos & Jeff's apartment! From my first communication with Carlos I immediately felt at ease and he was extremely helpful, proactive, and friendly. Any and every question I asked was answered. The apartment itself is perfect! Clean, super cute, and a great location. I'm familiar with the Condado area and this apartment is in the center of everything. A quick 5 min walk to the beach! Loved having everything I could need at my disposal. I'll definitely be coming back!

Wow! This apartment was so clean and very nice. We arrived to find everything we could ever need and things we didn't know we would use. The location is amazing! You can walk to many restaurants, bars and the beach! There is a cool market right next door that made it easy for us to have snacks and lighter foods in preparation for big dinners. Carlos and Jeff communicated with us before we even got there with ideas and suggestions. They made sure during our stay we were ok. You can take a Uber anywhere because of this location. We will be sharing this information with our friends and family. We will be back. Thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality guys. Jack & Eric

The "Fun Studio" was exactly as described. The host Carlos and Jeff were very accommodating and reached out to me almost immediately once booked. They forwarded many recommendations on where to dine, places to see and pointed us to a cute dive The Oasis! Wonderful hosts!!
