Lovely nonsmoking 5th-floor studio apartment, bright sunny mornings, partial corner ocean view, fully furnished, the kitchen is equipped with all the basics. Inverter A/C, queen sofa, rollup curtains, great for people who don't want to wait for the elevators. The bathroom has a rain showerhead, kitchen cabinets are soft-touch closing. Coin laundry ($3.00) and Gym are located on the 2nd floor. Security guards 24/7 and a pool are located on the 1st floor. The "Pop Art" Nuns of Guevarez are from a local artist.

No smoking in the apartment, no loud noises after 9:30 pm, no walking without a shirt in the lobby, dry out if you jump in the pool before getting to the elevator, clear sand off your shoes before entering the lobby, come to the lobby if you expect guests, register once you arrive at the condominium. No slamming doors on your way in or out. Keep your entryway fobs with your keys, if lost there is a $50.00 charge.
