Lovely 2 bedrooms apartment with private terrace

We purely wanted to stay in any neighborhood of working class people, not a tourist trap area. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was just as described, the property was gated and safe. Our host was kind enough to provide chairs and an umbrella for us. The only thing lacking was the amount of quality kitchen small wares and pots and pans. I was limited on what I could cook. I'm a chef so others may not really care about that detail. Overall, I can't wait to come back.

Being our first visit to Puerto Rico, José made us feel very much at home. He was a wonderful and responsive host. The apartment was as lovely as it was advertised. It was cute and clean. The location was convenient to alot of activities within the Santurce area of San Juan either by walking, Uber or by bus. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with all the basic necessities needed to enjoy your stay even more. Thank you José and José!

Host Jose was helpful in recommendations before & during the trip...he was never able in person...he did answer questions in a timely manner....but is a AI a host? apt ok....terrace is the best part...broken items that the housekeeper did not tell owner...so if anything broken report right away or they will assume u did it...no instructions on how to open safe or a/c instructions...walking distance to many restaurants, shops, ocean park beach & art museum is in mainly residential area ...felt safe during day but not to venture out a night....apt is over cafe open for brunch...many cafe have vegan options....only saw a few homeless people...Uber drivers very friendly & helpful for in person questions

This trip was originally to be one during which I showed a friend around San Juan and some other parts of the island. He got sick and cancelled on me, so it was on to plan B for me. That aside, the apartment is exactly as it is described and as it is pictured. The two Joses were very helpful and I would recommend them as hosts to anyone.

Had a great time. The location is next to a great place to eat brunch! We were low on towels and I contacted the host, he came with a bag full of towels and washcloths. The place was really clean and has a large terrace. The apartment also comes with a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary beers and water. Also, any questions I've had, the host was sure to answer

What a wonderful experience for my first time visiting Puerto Rico! The apartment was very nice and comfortable and while not in the busiest area, we were not far from the beaches or old San Juan and Uber was the most efficient and economical method of transportation

This is my first time at this unit but second time booking with one of Jose's units and it was amazing again. Perfect and spacious! Huge outside patio and great location! Will definitely be back again many times ☺

Prime location, great size and perfect amenities. The roof terrace was larger than expected and we spent significant time hanging out there when not exploring the city. Jose was a responsive host and communicated well both before our stay and during. Check-in and check-out were easy. Great access to queer spaces, coffee shops and restaurants, all very walkable. The city and its residents were welcoming and offered recommendations for places to try and things to do. We will be back!
