Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with private terrace and close to Tia Maria

Excellent place — exactly as described. Immaculate, stylish, & aptly-furnished. Large private deck and little swimming pool were huge pluses. Very safe & secure, and away from the fancy hotels & hordes of tourists. Walking distance to 2 superb museums — Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico & Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Puerto Rico. Also a great little restaurant downstairs for breakfast every morning. José was a very welcoming and communicative host.

This is the perfect apartment for a solo or couples trip to Puerto Rico—especially if you want to feel like a local. The apartment and balcony are well furnished and cozy. The hosts left many local recommendations for food & entertainment nearby, and all of the ones we tried were outstanding. You'll have to uber to Old San Juan and Condado Beach but most of the queer-friendly places we checked out were nearby, and ocean Park Beach was less than a mi away. Great value for the money!

Fantastic place to stay.

My time here was amazing! It's perfect for 1-2 travelers and has almost everything you need. Big plus was the terrace outside to have coffee and chill every morning. It's super convenient to most things like Condado beach, La Placita, El Viejo San Juan and only 35-45 min drive to the rainforest, El Yunque! Jose was awesome and responded in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I had a very comfortable stay at Jose's apartment. It was a beautiful, private space in a very safe and trendy part of town. (There are great cafes all around, but the one downstairs was just prefect!) Jose was a kind host and very responsive whenever I needed anything. Would definitely be staying there again!

Great place.

This was a lovely apartment in the Santurce neighborhood in San Juan. This was my partner's first time in PR and the location did not disappoint. Jose was an outstanding host who provided us with a wealth of information navigating our points of interests. One of the other things I found very attractive about this location other than the beautiful apartment were Uber rides to any part of San Juan were very reasonable and our choice of transportation. I would definitely stay here again and would strongly suggest looking at this beautiful and centrally located apartment.

This was my first time visiting Puerto Rico and I had a great time while staying in the apartment. It was very clean, located near great bars and restaurants, and Jose was very responsive.
