What's close to the area ? 1- Only in the same building you could find, El Huevo Santurce, excellent place for brunch 2- Restaurant Asia of Lima, Puerto Rico and Peru Food, great menu, take a look. 3- Lot 23, Food Truck 4- New York BC for breakfast 5- 787 Coffee: brunch and breakfast 6- Ciudadela area, Restaurants and Supermarket open 24 hours. 7- Ave de Diego 10 minutes walking many restaurants and places to eat. (Mexican, Italian, French and local food. 8- La Placita Santurce is less than 5 minutes by car, Uber is cheap or walks 15 minutes.

The best beach is Condado Beach, 15 minutes or less. Nightlife: La Placita, La Calle Loiza, Distrito T Mobile or Viejo San Juan District.

For water sports it could be the beach of Luquillo or the tram Ultimo in Carolina.

1- La Placita in Santurce, typical food in El Chicharron. La Placita is a typical place where you can find music, bars and restaurants in the same place. It is less than 10 minutes by car, you can also walk.

2- The Amor and Sal restaurants, another restaurant with typical food but more creative style. Located on Avenida Diego, on the same avenue you can find other types of restaurants, Italian, French, Mexican, Vegan and more.

3- In the same area (avenida San Jorge) you have Asia de Lima Restaurant, small place but excellent food, combination of Peru and Puerto Rico Flavor, just 5 minutes walk from you.

4- Centro Comercial Plaza Las Americas, the largest shopping center in the Caribbean, is 10 minutes by cotxe. Uber is cheap!

5- T-Mobile District, you can find restaurants, bars, casino, movies and attractions like Sky Bull (three zip lines in a sitting position). It's only 10 minutes too.
