The Mezzanine Studio

• Keep the front entrance closed all time for your security and privacy. Theres a second NOISE BLOCKER door to use. “Close it. And silent follows.”
• There are two Air-conditioning units, Main unit for the full apartment and other is the bed unit located in the sleeping area ( mezzanine). When is time to sleep please turn off the main unit. both units should not be turn on at the same time. Appreciate your consideration.
• Make sure, when you leave the room, the Air-condition is OFF, as well as all appliances and 💡 lamps. Appreciate your consideration.
• If don’t want to carry the key all the time, you can keep it safe in the key lock box with the combination located at the entrance. Loosing the key have a penalty of $100.00 payable at the moment to receive a copy.
• SMOKE 🚭 is not allowed, that includes cigarettes and vapes.
• I provide 2 beach chairs and 2 towels, placed near the entrance, for you to use during the stay, take good care of it and before entering the apartment, please take the excess of sand.
• Do not flush in the toilet, paper, wipes, sanitary napkins etc., Please use the Trash Can. There is a charge of 85.00 for toilet unclogging service.
• If the trash can become full, please remove the bag and replace it with the ones supplied, located in the second drawer of the kitchenette. You can leave it next to the garage door, and send me a message to pick it before 10 am.
• Food or drinks are not allowed in the Mezzanine (Bed Area).
• There are clean towels and other items in the cabinet near the bath room. There’s a hamper and a laundry bag inside next to the bathroom door.
• In case your stay is longer than a week, there’s a few places nearby to do laundry, Washit in Del Parque St. and ******** 2002 Loiza St. in front of McDonald’s.
• Any pots and pans, glass wear, plates, silverware or utensils must be 🧽 cleaned right away after use and return to his place.
• This place is for adults only. Daily visitors are allowed, but some things need to be considered, if the visitor break or steal something, that becomes a guest responsibility. Visitors who stayed overnight are required to pay the overnight guest fee of $35.00 per night and an ID will be required.
• It is always important to consider our neighbors, avoid unnecessary noise after midnight.
• No pets allowed.
• Massage Therapy services, 1 hr. full body $95.00 each session.
• Professional Photography services available upon request
