Sleeping arrangements Main double bed, freshly made and ready for you. Double sofa bed available on request — just let us know if you'd like it prepared (£15 one-off linen fee per stay). Travel cot available free of charge (thin padded base only; no mattress or sheets).

Luggage Check-in is from 4pm. For early arrivals or late departures, we offer free 2-hour off-site luggage storage nearby via LuggageHero.

Pets We're happy to welcome one pet per booking. A flat fee applies: 1–7 nights £45/night; 8–29 nights £360 per stay; 30+ nights £720 per stay. Please tell us in advance — the pet fee must be paid before check-in, otherwise entry will be declined and our cancellation policy will apply.

Please note that a ******** of £350 may be required, depending on your circumstances. All guests are required to complete separate ID verification and sign our rental agreement before check-in.
