“Its expensive for what you get especially when not in a busy season. You pay for location being so close to everything, room is small but has everything I needed. They stuffed me around with the Pilatus ticket I had to pay extra 51.40€ on the boat for holding the incorrect ticket that I bought directly from the hotel (I paid the full adult price but handed in a discounted ticket), eventually it was sorted on the check out day but it caused inconvenience to me. Also 1 was there for 2 nights but only refunded for 1 carbon price refund... the 3 of the receptionists are friendly n helpful 2 are not. Breakfast is limited in choices but good quality.. ”

Es caro por lo que recibes, especialmente en temporada baja. Pagas por la ubicación estando tan cerca de todo, la habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo que necesitaba. Me complicaron las cosas con el boleto Pilatus - tuve que pagar 51,40€ adicionales en el barco por tener un boleto incorrecto que compré directamente en el hotel (pagué el precio adulto completo pero entregué un boleto con descuento), eventualmente se resolvió el día del checkout pero me causó inconvenientes. Además, estuve 2 noches pero solo me reembolsaron 1 compensación de carbono... 3 de los recepcionistas son amables y serviciales, 2 no lo son. El desayuno tiene opciones limitadas pero es de buena calidad.
