“pos. - sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau Binggeli - das Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch die Dusche im Flur - reichhaltiges Frühstück war inbegriffen - die Lage ist super! Zentrum/Altstadt vom Hotel gut zu Fuss erreichbar neg - obwohl sich das Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage befindet, war es sehr laut im Hotel drin. Einige Gäste hatten anscheinend einen umgekehrten Tages-/Nachtrythmus. Praktisch die ganze Nacht hörte man Türen schlagen, Schritte, Gespräche. Für jemand, der sich absolute Ruhe gewöhnt ist, der Horror. Das nächste Mal würde ich Oropax mitnehmen. - die Verabschiedung durch ein Herr an der Reception war unfreundlich ”

pos. - very friendly reception from Ms. Binggeli - the room was simple, but very clean and well-maintained, as was the shower in the hallway - generous breakfast was included - the location is great! The city center/old town is easily accessible on foot from the hotel neg - although the hotel is in a very quiet location, it was very loud inside the hotel. Some guests apparently had a reversed day/night rhythm. Almost the entire night you could hear doors slamming, footsteps, conversations. For someone who is used to absolute peace and quiet, it's a nightmare. Next time I would bring earplugs. - the farewell from a gentleman at the reception was unfriendly
