BGs at famous Bondi BeachNuevo

Our very clean and beautifully refurbished apartment is situated on the ground floor of Warwick Court, a lovely Art Deco Building on Ramsgate Avenue just a one minute walk to Ben Buckler Reserve and water access, a two minute walk to North Bondi Beach pool and iconic Speedo's Cafe and an easy 10 minute walk to the famous Bondi Pavilion with all the myriad of great cafes on the way! It is fully tiled with under-floor heating to bathroom, quiet overhead fans and heaters in both bedroom and living room. High speed internet, 500mbps, Netflix. We have a small dining table and separate work desk. A coin operated washing machine and dryer are available for guests to use in the basement. An outdoor clothesline is also provided if you prefer to air dry your laundry. Each wash or dry cycle requires three 1AUD coins. Guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property!

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) The neighbourhood has a wonderful layback beach vibe while at the same time abuzz with all sorts of different choices of dining and shopping. One can be as relaxed or as active as one likes - spend the day on the beach or walk from BGs along the promenade to Icebergs and then keep going to Bronte or Coogee! Ramsgate Ave, being so close to the beach, has limited parking. There is no dedicated parking for our building but there is timed parking available along the street and in the cul-de-sac at Ben Buckler Reserve at the end of the street. Public transport is very easy with the 333Bus leaving every 5 minutes to Bondi Junction and the Bondi Junction Interchange. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
