Upstairs is the heart of the home, featuring a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with warm timber floors, distinctive furnishings, and plenty of character. This area opens onto a large balcony surrounded by greenery, perfect for leisurely breakfasts. Downstairs, life revolves around the pool. The expansive second lounge opens onto a covered outdoor dining area, with the garden and water just beyond. Spend your afternoons moving between swims, snacks, and the sofa, or gather outside for dinner. Having two separate lounges makes it easy for your group to spread out. When it is time to turn in, four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Bedroom 1 features a king bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 includes two single beds, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 offer queen beds. Three full bathrooms and a separate downstairs laundry make longer stays comfortable and practical. North Bondi offers a lovely mix of beach life, neighbourhood cafés and places to eat. You can spend your days exploring Bondi or keep things simple with coffee, a swim and lunch before heading home to your own pool.

For breakfast or a morning coffee, try Harrys Bondi, a longstanding local café, or Porch & Parlour on Ramsgate Avenue, overlooking the beach. Lox Stock & Barrel is another option in the wider Bondi area for deli-style breakfasts and bagels. There’s plenty of opportunity to find your favourite morning spot during your stay.

For a leisurely lunch or dinner, North Bondi Fish serves seafood with views across Bondi Beach. It’s a great option when you want to turn a meal into part of the day’s outing. For something casual, Bronte Road Fish also has a North Bondi location, serving fish and chips, fish burgers and salads, handy for an easy takeaway meal back at the house.

Bondi Beach is the centre of local life, whether you’re keen to swim, surf or simply stroll along the promenade. Visit Bondi Pavilion for its gallery and theatre, or take time to enjoy the beach and watch the surfers.

For a longer outing, the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk starts at the southern end of the beach and follows six kilometres of coastline, with ocean views, bays and places to stop for refreshments along the way. Allow around two hours at a steady pace, or make a leisurely day of it with coffee and beach stops.

Weekends are a good time to explore the markets at Bondi Beach Public School. The Saturday Farmers Market offers fresh produce and food, while the Sunday Bondi Markets feature fashion, jewellery, art, homewares and local makers. Pick up ingredients for a meal at home or find something to remember your stay by.

With cafés, coastal scenery and beach days to explore, you can make your stay as active or relaxed as you like, then return to the space and comfort of the house. Explore North Bondi and the beachfront on foot, or use the local bus network for trips into the city and neighbouring suburbs, getting around is easy. Bus stops on Military Road at Wallis Parade are a short walk from the house, with services connecting you to Bondi Junction, Bronte and Watsons Bay. For trips into Sydney CBD, Paddington and Circular Quay, head to the North Bondi Shops bus stops on Campbell Parade.

Bondi Beach and the area’s cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, with the beachfront promenade and coastal walks offering plenty to explore on foot.

If you’re driving, check street signs for local parking restrictions. We’re also happy to help you book an airport transfer for a smooth arrival or departure. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.

It's a family home in a nice neighbourhood we are not open to parties.
