This two bedroom apartment is directly on the edge of beautiful Cooper Park, which contains rainforest walks, a playing field, play equipment and tennis courts. It is also an easy walk to Bondi Junction, a stroll across a park to Bellevue Hill Village and a 5 minute drive to Bondi Beach and Bronte Beach. This art deco apartment has 2 generous bedrooms with queen size beds, a large living room with a large desk and study area, and a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea and the sound of parkland birds with a view of Cooper Park Greenery. It has a fully equipped laundry with a new washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances. Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) The apartment is in the heart of leafy Woollahra. When you leave the building you will be looking directly into a forest, and hear the sound of birds singing. Yet it is only 15 minutes walk to the Bondi junction shopping centre and transport hub (from which it is a 7 minute train ride to the city) and very close to Sydney’s most beautiful beaches. There is always free parking directly outside the building, which is on a quiet street. It is only 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station. It is also close to the 326, 327, 379, ******** bus routes providing quick access to destinations such as Rose Bay, Bondi Beach and Watsons Bay. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit.
