The master bedroom features a private ensuite and beautiful views across the Tamarama valley to the sea. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the third offers a single bed and a bunk bed. Enjoy a peaceful setting with minimal traffic noise, where the sounds of laughing kookaburras, cascading water, rustling trees and distant waves create a relaxing coastal retreat.

The generous kitchen features a large eat-in island, premium Miele appliances, Zip filtered water and a Nespresso coffee machine, complemented by a cleverly concealed laundry. Air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort, while an outdoor rain shower with hot and cold water is perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach. Guests are welcome to enjoy all three bedrooms and bathrooms, the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, the expansive balcony and the outdoor rain shower. To allow for a little personal storage, the study and a few wardrobes will remain locked during your stay. All other areas are yours to enjoy and make yourself at home! Located in the beautiful coastal neighbourhood of Tamarama, the apartment is just a short 500-metre walk from Tamarama Beach, affectionately ******** stairway access beside the building.

A short stroll takes you to Bondi Road, home to popular cafés, restaurants, including Totti’s and the adjoining Royal Hotel, as well as Woolworths Metro, Kemenys liquor store, seafood shops and a gourmet butcher.

Bondi and Bronte Beaches are also within walking distance, offering easy access to Sydney’s stunning coastline, scenic coastal walks and relaxed beachside lifestyle. Getting around is easy from this convenient Tamarama location, with unrestricted street parking available along Cross Street and Birrell Street. Excellent public transport options are nearby, including the 380 bus route along Bondi Road and the 370 bus route along Birrell Street, providing convenient connections to surrounding suburbs and beaches. Bondi Junction Train Station also offers fast and easy connections to Sydney CBD and other parts of the city, making it simple to explore Sydney during your stay. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited within the house.

It's a family home in a nice neighbourhood we are not open to parties.
