MINIMUM AGE Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.

PET POLICY Pets are NOT permitted on premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.

Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest we have everglades national park where you can view the wildlife.
