Comfortable living space, 2 bedrooms and full kitchen in a single-story duplex. 1.5 miles to beach. 1 mile to Wilton Drive. With access to pool and patio that is shared with other unit. Self check in with smart lock.

The 2nd unit of the duplex is occupied by the host, but guests can expect privacy. If we are local, we try and stay low profile, especially when guests are using the pool / patio.

Regarding accessibility, there is one step up at the entry of the unit and one step down into the dining room.

Our home is LGBTQ+-owned and a welcoming space for all travelers.
