Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood of Oakland Park not to far from Wilton Drive, the beach, restaurants, shopping and more you'll find our home and private guest studio that is newly renovated, fully furnished, equipped and ready to welcome you for your visit.

Our guest studio is very private with a private entrance and reserved parking space right out front of the studio. It is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator, 2-burner cook top, queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, cable TV, WiFi, private deck and just about everything you'll need for your stay short or long term.

Guest access You have full access to the studio, private deck, driveway and front yard area. The back yard and patio is reserved for our own privacy.

Interaction with guests We do our best to insure your privacy and do our best not disturb you during your visit. But, because we won't come knocking on your door with baked goods, to socialize or daily updates, doesn't mean we are not there for you. If you have any questions, wants or needs during your visit we are in the main house. Just knock, call, text or email us anytime.

Thank you for considering our studio for your travel plans to our area. Our Studio is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, close to Wilton Drive, the beach, restaurants,shopping and more you'll find our home and private guest studio fully furnished and equipped welcoming you for your visit. Combined we have over 40 years working in the hospitality related business. From busboys, servers, bartender, management and the owner of an award winning boutique hotel we've pretty much done it all. Originally from Massachusetts Scott relocate to South Florida in 1986. A Realtor for over 20 years Scott combines his residential real estate business with Hospitality Real Estate focused on marketing small lodging properties. Currently Scott sits on a variety of local tourism industry boards, Chamber of Commerce and other committees to help welcome visitors to our destination to live, work and play. Arturo grew up in Guanajuato, Mexico and has a passion for food. He spends almost all his free time in the kitchen creating amazing authentic meals and savory bites. We are well traveled and prefer to get to know the local community when traveling so we prefer to stay at the smaller accommodations to experience the local feel of a destination.

Our studio is our guest house where we host friends and family first. We open it up and welcome vacation guests like we would our own family when it is vacant. We ask that you treat our studio the same way you would a family member's home and we will welcome you like a family member. Please no furry friends - We love pets, but we are very sensitive to allergies that others may have following your stay. NO SMOKING in the studio....Please!! We prefer you not smoke at all for your own health reasons but if you must, please smoke outside and do not throw the butts in the garden. Keep in mind that this is a private home and not a hotel. Soundproofing between walls in minimal. Please keep your noise level to a minimum and we will do the same. You must also acknowledge ******** - if you damage the home, you may be charged. Surveillance or recording devices on property - Video recording devices are located in the front yard, driveway and back yard. We respect your privacy and will never record in private guest areas. Scott & Arturo were the perfect host. They gave great recommendations, friendly conversations, and they were just a text away if we had any questions. The studio was perfect. Enough sunshine, good location, clean and comfy! I highly recommend.
