🏡 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking 🚭 No Smoking | 🚫 No Parties | 🤝 Respect the House 🚗 Parking Park anywhere in front of the house (preferably on the left side). Shared parking with neighbors—please don’t take all the spaces. 👥 Guests & Visitors Registered guests only are allowed to stay overnight. Friends are welcome to visit during the day but may not stay overnight. The number of guests must match your reservation. If you need to bring extra guests, please check with us first. 🚬 Smoking Policy No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside—please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 🚽 Bathroom Rules Flush only toilet paper—do NOT flush wipes, feminine products, or anything else. If the system gets clogged due to improper use, repair costs will be charged. 🧹 Cleanliness & Trash We maintain a very clean space, and you pay a small cleaning fee. Extra charges apply for excess mess, smoking indoors, or pets on beds/furniture. Food & Trash: Don’t leave food unattended. Please take out the trash before you leave and place it in the outdoor bin. 🐾 Pet Policy Pets must be supervised at all times to avoid accidents. If you leave, pets must be crated—no exceptions. No pets on beds or furniture. We provide pet baskets and bowls if needed. Pet Bedding Fee: If pets sleep on the bed, all bedding (including protectors) must be washed and disinfected, and a cleaning fee will be charged. 🔇 Noise & Consideration Please keep noise levels down, especially after 11 PM, out of respect for neighbors. ⏳ Check-In & Check-Out Flexible check-in/out if we don’t have another booking—just ask!
