Our names are Amaury & Pedro and this home has been a labor of love! It was built in 1944 and there’s only ever been one family that has lived in it. We bought it from the daughter who inherited it from her parents. The pool was built as a gift for the owner's wife who is an avid swimmer. We have spent the last six months meticulously renovating the home. Paying close detail to not change the original charm that made us fall in love with this house to begin with

For instance: Drag Queen Bingo, anyone? Sarasota’s reigning Queen, Beneva Fruitville, is best known for hosting her long-running Drag Queen Bingo Bonanza at venues throughout Sarasota. Beneva Fruitville hosts a monthly (adults only) Game Night at Mellow Mushroom that includes "Unconventional Trivia" and other group games. Expect an evening of raunchy humor, booze, classic drag performances and—of course—several of the most blush-worthy rounds of bingo you’ll ever play.
Sarasota’s own Asolo Repertory Theatre is among the top theatres in the southeastern United States, and home to a unique partnership of art and social activism in its ******** Rep series. NO LOUD MUSIC EVER after 8pm Sunday - Fridays or after 9pm Saturdays. Guests shall do their own dishes. Guests are responsible for putting trash in receptacles. Do not flush wipes, diapers or feminine hygiene products down the toilets. There are trash bins located next to each toilet. No smoking allowed in the house and no loud music outside or by the pool after ******** means NO LARGE SPEAKERS or BOOMBOXES by the pool. This is NOT a party house. Pool hours are until 9 weekdays and 10 PM weekends no music at the pool after 9pm any days. Failure to mind these rules will result in not being able to stay again in the future. We are Pet Friendly and charge a non- refundable amount pet fee to accommodate your well behaved litter trained pet. We charge a flat fee for the first pet and an incremental amount for each additional pet (e.g. $150/wk for first pet + $50/wk for each additional pet). Your pet must be litter trained, well behaved and must not constantly be barking! If you cannot control your pets then this is not a good fit for you.
