NO LOUD MUSIC EVER after 8pm Sunday - Fridays or after 9pm Saturdays. Guests shall do their own dishes. Guests are responsible for putting trash in receptacles. Do not flush wipes, diapers or feminine hygiene products down the toilets. There are trash bins located next to each toilet. No smoking allowed in the house and no loud music outside or by the pool after ******** means NO LARGE SPEAKERS or BOOMBOXES by the pool. This is NOT a party house. Pool hours are until 9 weekdays and 10 PM weekends no music at the pool after 9pm any days. Failure to mind these rules will result in not being able to stay again in the future.
We are Pet Friendly and charge a non- refundable amount pet fee to accommodate your well behaved litter trained pet.
We charge a flat fee for the first pet and an incremental amount for each additional pet (e.g. $150/wk for first pet + $50/wk for each additional pet).
Your pet must be litter trained, well behaved and must not constantly be barking! If you cannot control your pets then this is not a good fit for you.
