🏡 House Rules Welcome, and thank you for choosing our property! To ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful stay, please read and follow the rules. By booking, you agree to them. Violations may result in extra charges or claims. - Treat the property with care-respect furniture, appliances, and décor. - Keep the apartment tidy. Excessive mess = extra cleaning fees. - Report damages or issues immediately. Smoking, Parties & Noise - No smoking inside; violations = cleaning fee. - No parties or loud gatherings. - Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. Guests & Visitors - Only registered guests may stay overnight. - Day visitors allowed but must leave before quiet hours. - Provide accurate guest count when booking. 🔑 Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. (self check-in with door code). - Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.-notify us when you leave. - Flexible times possible if no new booking-ask in advance. 🚽 Plumbing & Water - Flush toilet paper only. - Report leaks immediately; unreported leaks causing high bills may be charged. 🍳 Kitchen Rules - Use pads under hot pans. - Do not remove sink strainer. - Dispose of trash properly; never leave food unattended. 🧹 Cleanliness & Linen Care - Towels = body use only. - Do not stain, tear, or remove towels, linens, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, duvets, cushions, curtains, sofa covers, or mattress protectors-replacement costs apply. - Always keep mattress and sofa/futon covers in place. Internet & Electronics - Do not turn off router or connect unauthorized devices. - Turn off appliances, lights, and fans before checkout. 🚗 Parking & Shared Spaces - Property has 2 units; you are in the unit 2( right side, not front). - Parking is shared, use right side of driveway. - Keep common areas clean. 🧯 Safety & Liability - Lock doors and windows when leaving. - We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of belongings. Laundry & Cleaning - Long stays: complimentary housekeeping on request. - Cleaning supplies under sink (broom & dustpan provided; mop/bucket on request). 🐾 Pet Rules (including service animals). - One pet (max 30 lbs) allowed with $50 fee paid in advance. Must be flea-free. - Emotional Support Animals = pets and must pay fee. Service animals are exempt. - Always supervise pets outdoors-no digging. - Pick up all pet waste. - Pets not allowed on beds or furniture; hair, stains, or damage = cleaning/replacement fees. - Any damage (blinds, furniture, linens, etc.) caused by pets will be charged. 📞 Communication - We're available daily 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. for assistance. ✅ Thank you for respecting our home.
