RENTAL RULES- Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (as listed below) at all times while at the property, and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the rules at all times while residing at the property.
This is a completely non-smoking building, including screened in porch area. Smoking is permitted outside of these areas. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the unit by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean-up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred.
Pets are allowed on premises but limited to a maximum of two ********. We all love our fur babies! But that being said, any damage to the property by pets will be the responsibility of Guests. Please be respectful of the property with your pets and clean up after them, both inside and outside!
Pets should be up-to-date on all vaccines. Pets are free to roam in the backyard which also has grassy areas, but please be mindful that all gates are closed first. Please have pets on a leash if outside in the front yard. Please do not leave pets unattended in the house. If you do leave them unattended, please kennel them (this mainly applies to dogs).
Pet fees: 1 week stay or less: $25/pet per stay
More than 1 week stay: $50/pet per stay
No Parties or large gatherings allowed.
Please no loud noise after midnight Sunday night through Thursday night (these are school nights for Owner 😉).
Please notify the Owner before having any guests stay overnight that are not on the original guest list.
Only flush toilet paper in the toilet. Clogged drains are expensive to clean.
Please lock all doors when leaving the building and at night.
Trash and recycle bins are located outside the gate of the carport. Trash bags are located in the pull-out kitchen cabinet next to the kitchen sink. Trash pickup is Monday.
