Here are few house rules. that I would kindly ask you to follow during your stay:
Checkout is 10 am
Please make sure doors are shut to avoid any insect and lizards from entering the house
Please keep in mind: no partying, no loud music
Please keep your cars on driveway when parked overnight
Trash day is Tuesday, so if you are here on Monday, please put out trash and recycle bins on the side of the driveway
Prior to checkout please:
make sure all windows and doors are closed
Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your account on the smart TV
Turn off all the lights, the AC, and set the thermostat temperature to 78 degrees F
Strip the bed and leave all pillow covers, bedsheets and used towels in the laundry room
Clean any used cookware, dishes, and cups, and place back in the cabinets
Empty the refrigerator
Put all trash in a sealed bag and place in the trash bin outside located to the side of the house
