Communication was excellent throughout the trip and everything felt easy and seamless from arrival onward. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a really warm energy to it. The adjustable California king bed slept amazingly, there was always bottled water stocked in the fridge, and Chris was extremely accommodating and down to earth throughout the stay. We had some really great conversations about healthcare, wellness, Broadway, life, and the body. He also introduced me to Bagheera Bobo 🐈‍⬛ who definitely added to the experience. The building itself felt very safe and easy to navigate with a helpful concierge/doorman setup, which made coming and going stress free. I also accidentally left my umbrella behind while rushing out early, and Chris caught it before I left and made sure I got it back, which honestly says a lot about the kind of person he is. Overall just a genuinely great experience with a kind, thoughtful host. I’d absolutely stay again and would highly recommend booking with him ⭐"

The house is super clean (and as already described, really well decorated!), the check-in and check-out times are very flexible, the view from the bedroom is stunning; very close to NY center, 10 minutes by bus, and the neighborhood seems quiet too.
