The Apartment The apartment is a personal, art-filled home. You'll find original artwork, vintage furniture, plants, and a space where you can feel at home. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared areas of the home, including the living and dining areas and kitchen, while your bedroom and bathroom remain your private spaces. The building also has a gym and sauna available to you.
The room is ideal for a solo traveler or couple looking for a stylish, comfortable and more personal alternative to a hotel. If you appreciate art, design, good food, city life and having a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day, you'll feel at home here.
Downtown Manhattan is approximately 15 minutes away by PATH, and the station is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
Jersey City gives you the best of both worlds: easy access to Manhattan while offering a more residential place to come home to. Whether you're visiting NYC for restaurants, museums, nightlife, shopping, work, or simply exploring the city, the apartment makes a comfortable home base. What a treat ! I had the pleasure to stay at Gerardo's house for 10 days and it's been an absolute wonderful time. Gerardo is so kind and so generous. He will make you feel at home instantly. We had the possibility to share some dinner time and it's been amazing. The place is everything you need for your trip in NYC. The path train is 5 mins walking distance and brings you directly to the WTC. I will absolutely come back to stay there. The room is quiet and comfy. 10/10 love it !!

This is seriously one stylish apartment and owner. Arriving into JFK, Gerardo invited me to a delicious supper, very kindly and we sat on his magnificent rooftop garden sipping good wine! It was an exceptionally warm welcome. Over the 10 days I just felt so at home. The sanctuary that is the apartment, my room and private bathroom. The art is very well curated and I love using the gym and sauna in the building to set me up for another day of work in Manhattan! I could not have enjoyed it more and Gerardo makes such a huge effort to let you feel welcome. I'll come again! Warmly. S

An immaculately clean & beautifully decorated place. G is a perfect host who is proactive in his consideration of a guest's need. A private terrace is the best part of an otherwise spotless & spacious apartment. Our overlap of availability was short , still we managed to have a good chat over morning tea. I strongly recommend his place.

If you're lucky enough to have a chance to stay here, book it! Not only is the place more beautifully decorated than most five star hotels, Gerardo is one of the kindest, most easygoing, most generous hosts you can imagine.
