Nelson is a great host with a nice and clean place. I enjoyed having a room to my own but also getting to make a connection. Though pretty far uptown, the apartment is very close to the subway and it was easy getting around.

Excellent choice if you're looking for a decent sized place and a modern and clean home. Location about 30 to 40 minutes away by train or busses to key tourist areas in Midtown New York. Very responsive host, didn't get to meet Nelson as he was away on travel.

Wow! Nelson is an incredible host and lovely human. His place was clean and welcoming and spacious (for NYC!). But more importantly, Nelson is a great guy. Thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and hope to see him again!

I had an amazing time in NYC. Nelson was a great host. I had water and coffee easy everyday and a pleasant shower time. The bed was comfortable as well. The location is perfect close to the train station and there are lots of restaurants and convenience shops. In 30 minutes was in Times Square on Train 1.

Nelson is perfect host. We had communication prior to my arrival at the apartment. He always responded very quickly and he gave me all information I have asked. The whole apartment is very clean, room is nice, bed comfortable. Supermarket is on 300 m away, train on 400 m and you need 22 min to Manhattan. So, extremely good location. Area is safe. Transport to LGA, Metropolitan Museum, Statue of Liberty and other sights was easy. I do recommend this apartment for future stay. Many thanks Nelson for his help.
