My apartment is located 15 mins away from timesquare, next to the water where you can have the besy views of the NYC manhattan skyline. Its breathtaking and very pintorestic.

Youll be close to all NYC touristic midtown attactions, as well as HellsKitchen which is an LGBT+🏳🌈 neighborhood where you can find all types of restaurants, bars, clubs and nightlife.
I can offer you my room and my bed, and if I dont have to work on the next day to go to work (i wake up at around 5am !! ) we can maybe sleep together (i love to cuddle and pillow talks about life and the universe before falling sleep) 😴🌌 😈otherwise I usually sleep in my couch in the living room, since i have to wake up very early to go to work in the weekdays.
Im also into being clothes free and nude🎽 in my place, if you are okay with it you are welcome to take off your clothes, i want you to be ok and comfortable.👍🏼

i work with liquor so i have all spirits available fir you so help your self to a drink or cocktail. anything you want. (whiskeys, tequilas, vodkas, gin, rums, etc) 🍸 Hooraay !!!
you are welcome to use your vape. but please NO WEED OR CIGARRETES🚭. Any regular vape is fine, just no Weed Vape, or regular cigarretes.

This is not just an apartmen, its Home for me. its a cozy place, so hope that you also feel at home during your stay.
i do have a roomate which sometimes may be around, but he is also very openminded and a sweetheart. usually works office hours.
I can also teach you spanish, if you would like to practice it with me.
i travel very frequently and spontaneously. it may happen that you book my place and i may not be here present for your dates. however i always leave the keys and arrange how you can get them 😀

I'm a very easy going person, usually I'd love to get to know more of my guest on the first day over a drink or two at my apartment.
I have all sort of liquors because i work doing marketing for it, so we can chat over music and dimmed lights if possible while we drink, and get close with each other embracing ourselves .
I also work with coffee so maybe you can visit me at my job and have a coffee as well.

Victor & his place were perfect! Really nice well-travelled guy. & he does have a plethora of alcohol lol. Located just a few blocks from the bus stop for port authority. Def stay here if you need a city-adjacent location!

Clean apartment. Victor was cordial, and I had no problem getting there from Grand Central. It was easy getting an uber to go across the river into New Jersey

Very nice place in a great location. The host is kind, patient, and especially helpful if you're not familiar with the city. The area feels safe, quiet, and clean, with easy access to buses that take you downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Victor was the perfect host. He provided the information needed to successfully navigate from Amtrak NYC to his location. It is very convenient to NJ transit bus and light rail which makes needing a car unnecessary. Victor's place is located in a vibrant community with convenience stores and restaurants all with in walking distance. I felt at home due to Victor's hospitality and would have no qualms about staying there again.

Victor and his roommate were amazing! So welcoming - my flight there had complications and Victor was excellent in accommodating for that shift in travel. My experience here was top notch - I'll rebook when I'm back out there :)

Victor was nice, compassionate, and attentive host. Always there to keep me update. His housemate was friendly and helpful too. Spacious space, accessible location to many other places, and spectacular Manhattan view from West New York. Highly recommended!

I stayed for 3 nights at Victor's place and didn't spend much time there besides to sleep but he and the housemate were always very accommodating and available. If you want to stay like a local in New York (New Jersey), this is the perfect listing: decent apartment, comfortable bed, nice hosts, located near a bus stop (with amazing view) to Manhattan (within 20 mins), and plenty of Latin shops and cafes in the neighborhood.

Victor's place is exactly as described. It is in West New York, on the NJ side and very close to Manhattan and all the NYC attractions. There are convenient bus options around the clock and even Uber is not very expensive if you want to go to NYC from his place. Victor is a very friendly host, made me feel at home, and gave me a lot of local tips. His apartment was spacious, comfortable and maintained clean. I had a great time there and happy to recommend his place.

What a nice experience, and excellent Host. A bit out of the way, but you can reach the City via Bus or Uber. Very close to the Lincoln Tunnel entrance.
