Stunning Pines poolhouse features large bedroom with queen-size bed, well-appointed kitchen with gas cook-top, convection oven, 36" french-door fridge, dishwasher, multi-pure water filter, cuisinart fp, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dining/living room faces kitchen with seating for 4, full-size pull-out Carlyle (full size is 6" narrower than queen), curtained windows and doors, ac, heat in all rooms, full bath spacious glass-block shower that easily fits two, indoor laundry. eated pool that is large enough for lap swimming, an outdoor shower, hot tub, hammock, unmatched view of Long Island, the Great Bay, Atlantic ocean and nyc lights at night from roof deck; Extras include AppleTV, wifi, kayaks for 2. Weeks run from Wednesdays at noon to the following Tuesday night. Housekeeping costs included. The poolhouse is the first floor of a 3-story house: The second and third floors house a share for 7-8 gay men who fully enjoy their freedom, eg nudity may occur. No ********der 18 permitted.

In 2005, my partner and I bought a spacious early '60s home designed by a disciple of IM Pei. It's got great bones, generous deck space outside of all 4 bedrooms and a newly renovated, poolhouse on the ground floor with its own kitchen and bathroom. The upstairs is home to 4 quarter shares over the course of the season. The poolhouse is rented out by the week.

Pets are allowed--we ask you to place a sheet over the couch or bed if your dog wants to hang there. The town has an 11PM curfew on loud sounds, like music. Full household guidelines will be provided prior to your stay. We prefer to have no more than 2 people in the poolhouse, but if you absolutely have to have guests for a night or two (Not on Fridays or Saturdays though), please add $150 surcharge for a 3rd and an additional $150 surcharge for a 4th.

Alan is a great host. Informative, caring, helpful. The place isn't a pool house; rather it's a somewhat dark ground floor apartment, under a large group house with a nice roof deck. You hear ******** going on above but those are sleeping rooms not living rooms so it isn't too bad. It has a great kitchen and bath; outdoor space by the pool; and a great view from the roof -- especially sunsets. I had a bad booking experience and the price went up. Not sure if was owner or service.

The place was just as described, and was a great location for enjoying the beach, or for just sitting by the pool. Alan was a very pleasant host, and made us feel welcome! The week we were there was during COVID and after Labor Day, so things were low key, both in the Pines and at this house.. just the way we wanted it! Thanks Alan!

What an amazing experience we had. The house was gorgeous, with all the amenities you may need. Clean, organized, neat, direct access to the pool and jacuzzi. Fantastic. Alan was one of the best hosts I've met. Respectful, funny and friendly. All around a great person. I would not hesitate to book this place again. Loved it! Thank you Alan!
