I live in the charming Petite-Patrie neighborhood, 25 minutes by public transit from the Gay Village and downtown Montreal, and 15 minutes from the Plateau-Mont-Royal. The metro station is a ten-minute walk away. This is a fully furnished apartment equipped with a sofa bed. To come and go, you can use the main entrance on the first floor, which the owner also uses, or the garage door right next to your apartment. The washer and dryer are shared with the host.

I had a great stay at Gaspare's place near Beaubien metro. He was kind and easy to communicate with, and I appreciate his lifelong connection to the community. I would gladly stay there again in the future!

Gaspare is a best in class host, easy going and super flexible! Although I didn't have the opportunity to spend so much time with him, he was quite thoughtful, offering coffee and even lunch that I truly enjoyed on his balcony. Thank you so much for everything!

The space was perfect for what I needed it for. Gaspere was communicative and made it easy to check into the property. The updates to the kitchen and bathroom made the space feel modern and welcoming.
