Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness between scheduled cleanings. * Kitchen: Please clean dishes, counters, and cooking areas after use. Do not leave food or dirty dishes sitting out. * Garbage: Garbage and recycling bins are located in the basement of the building. The basement garbage area is accessed using your unit key. You may leave garbage inside the apartment when you check out. * Bathroom: Please keep the bathroom reasonably clean and report any plumbing or maintenance issues promptly. * Personal Belongings: Keep personal items organized and avoid blocking entrances, hallways, or other common areas. * Security: Always lock the apartment door when leaving, even for a short period. * Building Security: Do not allow unknown individuals to enter the building behind you. Never share building access codes, keys, or entry information. * Keys: Keep all keys and access devices secure. Lost keys or access devices may result in a replacement charge. * Guests: Please notify the host before having additional overnight guests or hosting gatherings. * Noise: Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during nighttime hours. * Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or building. * Candles and Open Flames: Never leave candles, incense, or other open flames unattended. * Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior approval from the host. * Damage: Please report accidental damage, spills, broken items, or maintenance issues as soon as possible. * Valuables: Do not leave valuable or personal belongings unattended in common areas. * Energy: Turn off lights, appliances, heating, and air conditioning when leaving the apartment when practical. * Respect for the Property: Please treat the apartment, furnishings, artwork, appliances, and building with care. * No Parties: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval. * Safety: Never disable smoke detectors, alarms, locks, or other safety equipment. * Check-out: Please leave the apartment reasonably tidy and return all keys and access devices as instructed.
