This meticulously furnished two-bed ********-bath private English Basement unit is perfect for groups or families of up to 6 guests. Each bedroom sleeps two and the pull-out sofa in the living room can sleep an additional 2 guests should you need it. The kitchen is equipped with all modern stainless steel appliances with a brand new oven and gas stovetop. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with a dishwasher and nice amenities throughout like a Nespresso machine for our coffee connoisseurs and high-end toiletries throughout (Nest body lotion and soap plus L'Occitane hair products) offering our guests an experience akin to a 5-star luxury boutique hotel.
Location, location, location as the famous adage goes completely applies in this case. Situated in the historic and well-known neighborhood of Dupont Circle, you can't beat this prime location in the heart of the city with a plethora of great restaurants within walking distance as well as many other conveniences such as a CVS Pharmacy and grocery stores just mere feet from the house. Not to mention the amount of gay bars, restaurants and LGBT owned businesses also around the corner from the house.

There are two gay bars a block away from us and then if you go over one street to 17th Street and walk south a few more blocks you'll get to the heart of GAY DC with several more gay bars and restaurants. There are many conveniences nearby as well such as a Harris Teeter and a Safeway just a few blocks away as well as a CVS Pharmacy across the street.
