Luxury two bed two full bath apartment for up to groups of 6

Beautifully furnished two bedroom two bathroom basement suite in immaculate condition. Although we didn't have the pleasure to meet Jim & Fadi in person, they were always extremely responsive and available in a non-invasive way; always willing to go the extra mile to help by printing parking permits in preparation for arrival, offer local recommendations and offer a complimentary tasty treat from their nearby bakery. The apartment had nice, classy touches such as Molton Brown toiletries, the beds and linens were very comfortable. The property itself is in an awesome, vibrant yet safe neighbourhood. Thanks so much for hosting us in your lovely property.

Fadi and Jim are gracious and welcoming hosts. The unit is comfortable and quiet, with lovely furnishings and convenient kitchen. We walked and took Metro — no other transit needed. Highly recommended for a several-day visit to the lively Dupont area!

For our entire week stay in DC we stayed at Fadi and his husband Jim's place and it was one of our highlights. They graciously opened their beautiful home to us and made sure that we had anything we ever needed to have an enjoyable stay. They had great recommendations nearby and communicated well with us. Their place is a great location - just outside the touristy areas (with a 5ish minute walk to the nearest metro). We loved our stay and would easily re-book to stay there again!

Fadi was a wonderful host and his place is gorgeous. A real treat! Literally so since he had cupcakes for me. Great location and very walkable neighborhood. I'd definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in DC.
