Pitchers is Washington's largest gay bar, a sprawling sports bar in the heart of Adams Morgan, open since 2018. Spread over several levels in a 10,000-square-foot building, it has big screens for every game, darts, video games, a dance floor, and patios, plus a sports-themed menu of burgers, stadium dogs, and chicken tenders. Drag shows, trivia, and themed nights fill the calendar, and local sports leagues make it their home base. Everyone is welcome (21 and over), and it is next door to the lesbian bar A League of Her Own.
