Charming Swann Street 1 Bedroom Apartment - DuPont Circle

We had a great stay at Jason's place! He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially after I needed a place last minute. The location was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, and check-in/out and parking were easy. The apartment was spacious for two and a great home base for exploring DC. There are a few minor maintenance and finishing details that could use attention, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

Jason was an incredible host! He was very quick to respond to messages and was helpful in providing my husband and I with suggestions during our stay. He even accommodated an early check-in for us on the day of our arrival. The apartment is PERFECT! Gorgeous street, private entrance in the rear, more than spacious enough for two people. We were able to find parking right in front of his home and remained parked there for the duration of our stay. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great host, cozy apt in good location. Just be aware entrance is thru the back alley which was a little dark. Easy entrance and place had everything I needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable, with an easy walk to a variety of restaurants, gay bars, and a vibrant nightlife scene. Jason's communication was excellent throughout the entire process, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Inside, the apartment was sparkling clean and fully equipped with every amenity I needed for a comfortable visit. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and will certainly look to stay here again on my next trip to DC!

This is an oasis for DC. It's very quiet, central and close to gay life. Jason was very flexible and chill and had a great conversation. I would recommend this without a doubt and can cook and do laundry which is bonus when you travel.
