Self-service check-in ensures convenience. 4. **Registered Guests Only:** Only registered guests are permitted on the premises, while friends can visit during daytime hours. 5. **Kitchen Strainer Basket:** Do not remove the kitchen sink's strainer basket to prevent plumbing issues. 6. **Toilet Usage:** Only toilet paper is flushable. Please refrain from flushing feminine products to avoid system clogs. Charges apply for damages resulting from improper usage. 7. **Water Leaks:** Report any water leaks promptly. Unreported leaks leading to increased water bills will result in charges. 8. **Clean and Sanitized Space:** We diligently maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of the house for your comfort. Please help us keep it that way to avoid additional cleaning fees. 9. **Towel Usage:** Towels are intended for personal use only. Any stains, tears, or excessive damage will incur replacement charges. 10. **Smoking Odor:** Smoking indoors or leaving a smoke smell on linens necessitates extra cleaning and may result in charges. 11. **Waste Disposal:** Dispose of food and garbage properly in designated containers to keep the premises clean. 12. **Liability:** Owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Always lock the door when away from the property. 13. **Communication:** Report any issues related to the property's operation or cleaning promptly. 14. **Damage Reporting:** Inform us about any damages or broken items before check-out. 15. **Availability:** Our team is available from 9 am to 6 pm for any inquiries or assistance. 16. **Cleaning Supplies:** Find cleaning supplies under the sink, along with a broom and dustpan. These are especially useful for pet owners. A mop and bucket can also be provided. 17. **Extended Stays:** Long stays include additional cleaning at no cost to ensure the space remains well-kept. 18. **Router and Devices:** Please do not turn off the router, and refrain from plugging in additional devices. 19. **Iron Usage:** To prevent accidents, use the iron along with the ironing board. 20. **Illness:** If you're unwell, kindly inform us and bring your own linens and towels. 21. **Key Replacement:** Lost keys cost $30 USD. Replacement keys will be delivered by our team, and charges will be billed accordingly. 22. **Respectful Conduct:** Show consideration for neighbors by minimizing noise after 11 pm and parking in designated spots. 23. **Flexible Check-in/Check-out:** We offer flexibility, especially when there are no back-to-back guests.
