The number of guests must match your reservation. If you need to bring extra guests, please check with us first.
🚬 Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the house.
Smoking is allowed outside-please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🚽 Bathroom Rules
Flush only toilet paper-do NOT flush wipes, feminine products, or anything else.
If the system gets clogged due to improper use, repair costs will be charged.
🧹 Cleanliness & Trash
We maintain a very clean space, and you pay a small cleaning fee.
Extra charges apply for excess mess, smoking indoors, or pets on beds/furniture.
Food & Trash: Don't leave food unattended. Please take out the trash before you leave and place it in the outdoor bin.
