The building is newly constructed and features amenities like a 24-hour laundry room, mini-market, and a stunning rooftop terrace. This studio is a masterpiece by architect Luc D'omani, who personally designed and handcrafted every detail — from the smart furniture to the exclusive artistic touches. The studio is new and equipped with top-tier items. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to impress: exclusive design, functionality, and impeccable comfort.

Kitchen: Compact but equipped for demanding chefs: ceramic pans, KitchenAid utensils, and a full structure for any meal. Includes filtered water, complete kitchenware sets, and all necessary tools.

Living Room: The “Cube Room” blends relaxation and style: a comfortable sofa bed, warm lighting, and a 50” The Frame TV that simulates artwork when idle. Large windows with blackout curtains create the perfect cinema night atmosphere.

Dining Room/Balcony: Table for 4 with a sunny view of downtown São Paulo. Large windows allow plenty of light and ventilation, complemented by Brazilian plants and blackout curtains for light control.

Bedroom: A tranquil oasis with a queen-size bed, hotel-quality linens, and thoughtfully designed furniture with lights and outlets. The room has modern air conditioning and shuttered windows that fully block out light. A spacious closet with mirrors and a safe ensures convenience.

Bathroom: Beautiful and functional, with pink tones and complete amenities: plush towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, steamer, and a first aid kit.

Fun Fact: The artwork at the entrance is an award-winning piece created by Luc D'omani, who designed every detail of this unique space.
