*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space is treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed without prior coordination with the host. The property sits on Quarterman Dr, just halfway between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach.

It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay.

We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony. The neighborhood is very close to highway 80, so you will likely hear some traffic noise around typical commuting times - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!

There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a ******** nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss! The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island (10-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.

You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.

There is a very nice Kroger (with Starbucks and a Bar) grocery store approximately three minutes from the house.

In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away. We ask that the space and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules.
