No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed. * Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Children must be accompanied by adults at all times near the pool or at heights. * No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 2000 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it) * We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet, nor building facilities closed temporarily for causes outside of our control. * No recordings and/or videos of the property with commercial intent can be shared/distributed, ********. * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of ********, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
