Performance may vary during colder months (below 50°F overnight). Pool heating charges are non-refundable. <b>Pets</b> Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $100 fee applies per pet. Please disclose breed, size, and number of pets in advance. Pets must stay off furniture and be cleaned up after. <b>Parking</b> Driveway parking is available. Please do not park on the street or block neighbors' access. <b>Quiet Hours</b> As required by the City of Scottsdale, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise monitoring devices (volume only — no recordings) are used indoors and outdoors to ensure compliance. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from violations. <b>Guest Count</b> The number of guests must match the reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in cancellation or additional charges.
