You'll have full access to the entire home, both indoors and out, with easy self-check-in. Located on a main road between Geneva and Waterloo, this home offers convenient access to local attractions while maintaining a quiet countryside setting. Wineries, breweries, farm stands, marinas, and Seneca Lake are all just minutes away. While a car is recommended for exploring the region and visiting wineries, you’ll find plenty to enjoy within walking distance. Downtown Geneva’s restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops are just minutes away on foot, and the Seneca Lake waterfront is only a few blocks from the house. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house. ➡ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in. ➡ Parking – The garage is not available for parking but there is 3-4 driveway spaces and street parking. ➡ Quiet Hours – Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. ➡ Seasonal Amenities – Some outdoor features may vary depending on weather and time of year.
