**Please Note: No hot tub during summer season** Recently remodeled home offers plenty of space at nearly 2,500 square feet, which includes an oversized Primary-Suite with a King Pillow-top mattress(hotel grade), a huge bathroom, and a soaking tub overlooking a mature orange tree.

Three additional bedrooms, which include a junior suite, Queen Pillow-Top Mattress(hotel grade), with its own designated full bathroom. 11-foot ceilings boast an open floor plan with a large family room(65" TV) overlooking the outdoor covered patio space and pool. Step into the spacious kitchen, which features a complimentary coffee & tea bar.

Head out to the secluded backyard, take a dip in the pool, or relax in the jetted spa after catching some sun. Stroll on over to the orange tree to indulge in a freshly picked orange or perfect your putt putt skills on the putting green. Grab a Tomahawk steak from the local butcher and fire up the grill.

Enjoy your evenings with the lit-up pool and patio space while star gazing into the open desert sky. You'll never want your vacation to end after experiencing this home!

AZ Oasis is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood in Goodyear, Arizona, offering a peaceful suburban setting with convenient access to shopping, dining, golf, and outdoor recreation.

Residents and guests enjoy being just minutes from Palm Valley Golf Club, Wigwam Golf Resort, and the Goodyear Ballpark, the spring training home of the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds. Nearby shopping centres include Palm Valley Pavilions West and Estrella Commons, where you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday essentials.

Corn hole & Connect Four (all-weather) is available for those who want to play. Outdoor lights and pool auto-shut off at 10pm, contact host for longer hours.

Pool & Spa: $100 heating fee per night. 2 night minimum The pool may be heated upon request for each night booked. You must let the host know you want this feature at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. The pool will be set to 84° and the spa will be set to 100°. Pool and hot tub are auto-set from 8am-10pm. Contact host for more details. A pack-N-play and rollaway bed are in the bedroom closets. Please notify the host if you will be using them so that they can be properly sanitized by the cleaners at the end of your stay.

During your stay, weekly landscapers access the property to clean off debris and leave around 7am every other Tuesday.

During your stay, a Pest Control company does a non-toxic spray of the grounds for maintenance.

There are 2 thermostats inside the home which control A/C & Heat. The thermostats will automatically shut off if any window or door remains open for longer than 10 minutes.

The front door will auto-lock after 5 minutes if not locked.

No Smoking or pets on property or inside home. Failure to comply will result in an immediate termination of stay without refund.
