Unwind on the comfortable grey sofa, which easily converts into a premium sofa bed to comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The space is complete with a smart TV, a powerful split-system air conditioner (providing both heating and cooling for the entire apartment), and a charming round dining setup. A convenient guest powder room/second bathroom is also accessible from this common area for ultimate convenience.
