An additional upstairs living area gives larger groups extra room to spread out, and two sets of washers and dryers make the home especially convenient for longer stays and active Moab adventures.

Multiple seating areas provide plenty of space to gather, while the dedicated corn hole court adds a little friendly competition.

As evening arrives, the sunken fire-pit lounge becomes the perfect place to enjoy a drink, watch the colors change across the cliffs, and relax under the desert sky.

Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent prior to your arrival on the booking platform and/or email allowing you to plan your trip with a hassle free and seamless arrival experience. The home offers a peaceful and private setting while keeping you close to everything Moab has to offer. You're approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Moab and Main Street, where you'll find restaurants, shops, galleries, and local attractions, and about 20 minutes from the entrance to Arches National Park.

Spend your days exploring Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point, and the area's renowned hiking, mountain biking, rafting, climbing, and off-road trails.
